As an Automation Technical Service Representative (TSR) at Sealed Air, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging equipment at customer sites. Your primary focus will be diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing both preventative and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, and ensuring the reliability of automation systems.
You will also play a key role in building customer relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell equipment, services, and preventive maintenance (PM) agreements. Working closely with customers, you will aim to meet or exceed their packaging automation service needs, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
