Customer Service Partner

We are looking for a Customer Service Partner to act as a central point between clients, sales, supply chain, planning, and other internal areas, ensuring agile, precise, and solution-oriented communication.

This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in South America, ensuring excellence in service, order tracking, and quick problem resolution in a dynamic and multi-priority environment.

The role requires someone who is communicative, organized, with a strong sense of urgency, high learning capacity, processes, and multiple demands at the same time.

The work model is hybrid. Preference for candidates residing in Jaguaríuna, Pedreira, or nearby region (up to Campinas or surrounding cities without toll).

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and enter orders in the system until delivery to the client.
  • Perform active follow-up with internal and external clients.
  • Answer calls and requests with agility, clarity, and excellence.
  • Solve daily problems, prioritizing activities according to business urgency.
  • Document orders, addenda, returns, credit/debit notes, and other requisitions in system and spreadsheets.
  • Execute department processes: Welcome Call, order audit, VAA, quotations, and administrative controls.
  • Maintain updated client and material records.

Languages:

  • Spanish: Advanced or excellent verbal communication (required – constant interaction with Hispanic clients).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High verbal and written communication capacity.
  • Organization, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Quick learning, ease with systems, and Office Suite.
  • Analytical profile, disciplined, and comfortable with routines.
  • Proactiveness.
  • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous requests.

Experience:

  • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (not necessarily in Customer Service).
