Nurse For Immunization Support

LPN/RN - Vaccinations

We are seeking a LPN/RN responsible for administering vaccinations, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess client health status and provide appropriate vaccines, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
• Advise client or guardian about possible adverse reactions and provide after care instructions
• Utilize ImmsBC to document client or guardian consent and the vaccines given
• Provide friendly, professional service

Experience & Skills:

• Completion of requirements to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Current Emergency or Standard First Aid CPR Level C with AED certification
• Injection Certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ImmsBC experience is an asset
