The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic profile eager to learn how the most human side of a growing brand like Scuffers works! This role is fundamental to ensure an excellent customer service experience through different contact channels, in order to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and increase our sales.

Functions:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through all channels.
• Recognize and resolve customer complaints.
• Deep knowledge of products to not only answer questions about them but also to fully explain a product to drive a sale.
• Processing orders, forms, requests, and inquiries.
• Keep the customer database updated, recording incidents and solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues when necessary. Always think as a team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional attention.
• Contribute ideas and solutions for common or recurring problems that arise in the department.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Domination of social media and social media management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude. High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
