We are hiring! We have an exciting new opportunity at Scope Eyecare & Healthcare for a Sales Support Assistant to join our UK Office team based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract, providing administrative support for our Sales Teams in both the UK & Ireland. The role will be very diverse with a focus on excellent sales support and administration tasks. The successful candidate should be at ease with managing their own workload, prioritising effectively, and working to tight deadlines.

The primary focus of this role is to deal with and handle all elements of Sales Support including processing sample orders, tracking and reporting on sample allocations, assisting with IT Equipment and company cars. Supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office and to support the Office and Customer Service Manager, the UK and Irish Office, and the Sales Teams.
