Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong analytical skills and experience using data and CRM to inform decision-making
Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth scenarios with systems and processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
