The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and leading the sales process and team from start to close This role involves setting goals, mentoring and coaching the sales team, collaborating with the leadership team, and staying current on industry trends Responsibilities include leading and managing a small sales team, developing a robust sales funnel, managing leads and opportunities, and collaborating with marketing to develop efficient sales-marketing funnel The Head of Sales will be responsible for achieving Scope AR’s new business goals, providing ongoing metrics and forecasting, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong analytical skills and experience using data and CRM to inform decision-making Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth scenarios with systems and processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
