Role: Salg (Sales Account Manager)

About the Role:

As an Account Manager for B2B-salg, you will play a central role in creating growth for SC Johnson Professional in the growing Danish market. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities among end users, wholesalers, and retailers in Vestdanmark. You will sell complete skincare and personal safety solutions – not just products, but concepts that educate and create value for both customers and partners, with a primary focus on end users.

This is an advisory sales role where you will deliver customized solutions, educate prospects, and build long-term relationships. You should be comfortable engaging with both end users and distribution partners and have a desire to learn.

Product range includes:

  • Over 100 branch-specific soap and hand cream products
  • Soap dispensers for handwashing and cream applications
  • Soaps (coarse and normal) and disinfectants
  • Aftercare creams

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with end users in your district in close collaboration with the broader sales team
  • Be the key contact for personal safety solutions and engage with roles such as safety officers, property administrators, production managers, and environmental managers
  • Build strong partnerships with wholesalers' sales teams, which are often the key to securing agreements with end users
  • Conduct regular customer visits both independently and together with distributors' sales representatives
  • Achieve annual growth targets, including attracting new customers and delivering 7% growth year after year
  • Drive concept-based sales by promoting complete skincare systems (pre- and post-creams and soaps), while also educating both end users and distributor sellers
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM reporting with monthly result reviews
  • Regularly collaborate with key colleagues and partners in the sales department and participate in Nordic sales conferences and monthly team meetings

Experience You Bring With:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish
  • Comfortable delivering training to both customers and sales partners
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of common business tools and platforms
  • Experience with using CRM systems for planning, follow-up, and reporting of sales activities
