✨ About The Role
- Responsible for estimating, understanding, and executing user stories to bring new and improved features to users
- Collaborate on designing and implementing systems to solve critical problems for customers and the business
- Refactor and refine existing systems for scalability, maintainability, and reliability
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced teammates, improve internal tools, and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Meet with external clients and partners occasionally to discuss technical integration details
âš¡ Requirements
- Seasoned professional with 6-8+ years of experience in writing web applications, particularly in the Information Technology & Services, Computer Software, Start-up, Biotechnology, Biopharma, Pharmaceuticals, E-Commerce industries
- Ability to deliver innovative features addressing critical challenges for customers and the business, with a track record of delivering projects on time
- Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in working independently, across multiple time zones, and in a fast-paced environment while tracking details and monitoring progress
- Experience in a startup environment, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
