Your Main Responsibilities

Understand modernization market for Schindler (ON PL) and non-Schindler (OFF PL) equipment and grow MOD business in Northern Area market.

• Develop and actively drive a strategy to grow the Schindler Modernization business in alignment with Group growth targets
• Seek information of E&E that is aging generation to develop pipeline
• Establish and maintain external relationships with property management companies, architects, consultants and contractors to stay informed regarding business opportunities and market trends.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with Schindler Service Leaders, in order to facilitate the successful growth and execution of the modernisation business.
• Work together with Service team to ensure all possible upgrade opportunities are advised to the customer, followed-up until successful sales and implementation.

Understand modernisation products and apply suitable and competitive solution.

• Be knowledgeable in all modernisation products and apply the right solutions to attain customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
• Analyse customer needs and competitive offerings in order to assist in defining new product requirements.

Provide excellent and profitable solution as well as value addible products to customer.

• Develop proper process and maintain
• Support National MOD Manager to: Monitor MOD fulfilment, proactively update to customer and seek customer perception about modernisation product to ensure a satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable costing process to ensure a proper and profitable offering
• Ensure process compliance
• Support National MOD Manager to: Coordinate to PM for cost review to have a gap analysis and take appropriate corrective action.

Drive and promote safety behavior in accordance with the Schindler Vietnam Safety Management System, CSH Fundamentals and the Local Vietnamese labor legislation.

• Report all unsafe events and Incidents as per Corporate Safety Fundamentals F35 Incident Investigation
• Adopt to the Schindler Zero tolerance approach towards unsafe behavior and conditions.

What You Bring

Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

MBA Plus

• Customer focused and commercially astute
• Energy, drive and positive "can do" attitude Good communication
• Negotiation Skills

• Sales Experience Industrial products
• Understanding of basic lift/escalator design and project management is a plus

Good command of spoken & written English
