We are looking for a technical backoffice employee at our location in Großröhrsdorf near Dresden as soon as possible.
Your Future Tasks:
Are you tech-savvy, communicative and would like to contribute to the configuration of state-of-the-art elevator systems? Become part of our team and bring your skills into exciting projects around electric and hydraulic elevators and their technical design. Your tasks are as follows:
- Technical processing and calculation of complete elevator systems with configurator & ERP systems
- Designing drives and components – efficiently, precisely and according to standards
- You are the central contact person for sales, customers and quality in the area of standard products
- Checking customer requests for compliance with standards and feasibility
- Creation of technical documentation according to DIN EN 81 / ISO 8100, Schindler internal guidelines and customer wishes
- Active support in complaints and quality issues – you find solutions before others see problems
- Close cooperation with production and assembly – your configuration affects the finished product
You Offer Us:
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Ideally first experience in the elevator industry or knowledge of elevator technology
- Good technical understanding and experience with product configurators
- Knowledge of DIN EN 81 / ISO 8100 is an advantage
- Confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
- Communicative, confident and customer-oriented
- German in speech and writing is a matter of course, English can be used solidly
- Independent, conscientious, flexible – you work as if it were your own elevator
