Account Service Representative

The Account Service Representative will be a provider of direct support to the clients on any comments, questions or concerns pertaining to providing client services on behalf of Scarbrough Warehousing (Laredo location; hours are Monday - Friday, 9a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Lead objective:
- Oversee the client experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for the client.
- Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues.
- Oversee the client experience with Scarbrough Warehouse and the direct source of communication.
- Provide superior customer service experience in all aspects.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounts you are assigned as the main point of contact for your client, keep your supervisor informed of customer relation, performance and all other issues that may arise.
- Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of your area, handling correspondence.
- Manage all aspects of your accounts and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested.
- Continuously maintain communication and strong working relationship with the warehouse team.
- Cross-train on all accounts to have the ability to assist when needed.
- Full understanding of all B2B and B2C accounts processes and procedures.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
