Lead the implementation of ITSM in ServiceNow to Scania global commercial operations units, including onboarding new markets, user adoption and user productivity coaching.
Be the person in between IT and market. Together with the team research business needs/challenges, weigh the risk/benefit analysis and create action plan accordingly.
Work closely with stakeholders, create communication plans and lead the team of process owners.
Time period: October 2023 – June 2024.
Project manager skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience of Project management in large multinational organizations.
3-5 years of experience of implementing ITSM, preferably ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience and knowledge in ServiceNow.
Experience to work in high profile deliveries with tight deadlines.
Proven record of driving global IT projects and ability to collaborate across multicultural markets.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Language skills: Fluent in English, preferably also Swedish.
