Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Growth Marketing team to boost the impact of our marketing campaigns and better support our business objectives. Your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns end-to-end in order to drive measurable engagement and business impact.
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 5 people (4 permanent + 1 apprentice), working closely with Marketing Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Field Marketers, Content, and Startup Program.

HARDSKILLS:
- 2–3 years of experience in email campaign management, ideally in B2B SaaS/Tech
- Mastery of a marketing automation tool (Hubspot preferred; Marketo, Pardot also relevant)
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies
- Good understanding of email design, copywriting, and UX best practices
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and optimize for business results
SOFTSKILLS:
- Rigorous and detail-oriented (no broken links or targeting mistakes)
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Initiative-driven, capable of proposing improvements (not just executing)
- Results-oriented, focused on business impact rather than vanity metrics
- Curious and eager to stay up to date with email and marketing trends
