Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Human Resources team to support Scaleway's international expansion with a more structured, responsive, and bilingual HR function. Your mission will be to take ownership of operational HR activities and lead transversal projects in order to ensure HR excellence, secure international compliance, and allow our Chief People Officer to fully focus on strategy and executive alignment. We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a 20-person People team based in Paris, working on a wide range of projects including onboarding, training, international HR operations, and compliance.

- Manage HRBPs and optimize day-to-day HR operations (contracts, onboarding, payroll follow-up, etc.) across multiple countries

- Ensure international HR compliance (legal & social regulations, reporting obligations, etc.)

- Lead HR documentation and communication in English for all international teams

- Support payroll coordination in multi-country environments

- Oversee the onboarding process for international hires to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience

- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and in line with local laws

- Collaborate with local legal and social partners to anticipate and manage HR risks

- Act as a key liaison between HR and business units on operational topics

- Support HRIS updates and contribute to internal process improvement, and

- Drive transversal HR projects (training rollout, employer brand initiatives, etc.)

HARDSKILLS:

- 5+ years of experience in HR roles within a scale-up or international environment

- Full professional proficiency in English and French (written & spoken)

- Solid knowledge of international labor law and HR compliance

- Strong operational experience with contracts, payroll, and onboarding

- Experience working with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
