You are the contact person and consultant for all organizational and personnel-related questions of our employees for defined departments. You manage and take care of the implementation of People & Organization processes/Employee Lifecycle Management. You independently ensure the smooth handling of all administrative and operational HR processes, such as the creation of employment contracts and certificates, as well as certificates, and have fun optimizing and automating them. You carry out the on- and offboarding of our employees. You manage our personnel administration and keep our Personio personnel database up to date. You take ownership of individual projects in your area and navigate them independently. You work steadily on the development of guidelines, policies, working methods, and processes in general. You bring your own ideas and enjoy driving the company forward together with the team.

A successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree

Several years of experience in the HR sector

You work very structured and detailed, even with complex tasks

You have a particular interest in the HR area, as well as the willingness to learn new topics

High service orientation, enjoyment of working in a team, and a structured way of working characterize you as well as a self-confident, friendly, and open demeanor

You communicate fluently in German and English verbally and in writing

Experience in a regulatory environment is an advantage
