You will advise and support the non-tech team leaders in all relevant HR topics. You will support company-wide projects and initiatives on the topics of leadership, career development, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation in close collaboration with the HR team (People Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition). You will advise and support the senior management in organizational development, succession planning, and change processes. You will work with our HR tool (Personio), create reports and analyses, and support the smooth operation of the operational personnel processes. You will advise and help with the interpretation of legal regulations and laws to ensure compliance. You will give training on specific HR topics such as feedback, leadership.
Several years of experience as a (Senior) HR Business Partner. The ability to feel the "pulse" of the organization and successfully shape it with a strong sense of judgment and experience in coaching leaders. Experience in independently conducting projects. Skills in building trusting working relationships at all levels of the organization. A strong hands-on mentality and high quality standards. Fluent German and English in speech and writing. Good knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
