Join us in a cross-functional team whose goal is to make our Customer Support team more effective and satisfy our next million clients! Work as a BE/Salesforce Engineer. Build features in the domain of Customer Support and Self-Service. Be owner and evolve our Salesforce solutions for Customer Support and other operations teams. Integrate Salesforce with knowledge base, phone system, the Scalable Capital backend and others. Leverage AWS cloud and serverless services to build and run our platform efficiently. Write clean, testable, maintainable and well-documented code and treat security as a first class citizen. Be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self-managed teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling). This is a role in the engineering department with opportunities to grow into a Salesforce developer or Fullstack developer.
A university degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or a comparable practical experience. Extensive professional experience working with Salesforce or similar. Experience with Service Cloud functionalities like Omni Channel, LiveChat, and Salesforce Flows. A Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is a must. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certifications are good to have. A passion for well architected, testable and documented solutions and an agile mindset. Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain. Crisp communication skills in English. Background in the financial industry and financial software product development is an advantage.
