Job Description

Setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware

Administration of local infrastructure - MacOS, Windows, Cisco Infrastructure (Access Points, Routers)

Management of accounts and access rights (Google workspace, VPN access, etc.)

Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company and implementation of IT infrastructure projects

Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform

Handling of complex service requests for your colleague in the context of 1st and 2nd level support

Creation of technical documentation and reports

Hardware selection and management

Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)

Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support

High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data

Strong service orientation and high quality awareness

Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working

Fluent in German and English

Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta) as well as endpoint management solutions (e.g. VMWare Workspace One) is a plus
