Start your career in our customer service! Our customer service is provided both by external service providers and by our in-house teams. This position focuses on Tier 1 support within our in-house service, with a focus on the Account Service area. This includes complex tasks such as payment processing, address changes, and account openings.

You will answer inquiries from our customers about our app or about account management and payment processing via phone, email, and chat. You will process inquiries independently and find solutions to the satisfaction of our customers. If necessary, you will coordinate with other departments or forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support.
You will recognize improvement potentials and support the continuous improvement of our service. You enjoy working on new topics and continuing your education about our products.
Experience in customer contact - we are also happy about newcomers. Customer orientation and teamwork are important to you. You communicate positively and think solution-oriented. You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills in speech and writing.
