Customer Service Associate - Broker Tax & Trading (German Speaking)

The digital wealth management Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used by renowned B2B partners as a white-label solution. With the European Investor Exchange (EIX), Scalable Capital offers a stock exchange specifically for private investors. More than one million customers have together more than 27 billion euros on the platform.

Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and today employs more than 500 staff in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, and London. Together with the founder and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

Our customer service is provided both by external service providers and by our in-house teams. This position focuses on Tier 1 support within our in-house service, with a focus on the Broker Tax & Trading area. This includes complex tasks such as portfolio management, taxes, capital measures, and trading.

Newcomers are welcome! We are convinced that with the right level of motivation and interest, you can also be an excellent client success associate.

You answer customer inquiries about active trading, portfolio management, and tax questions via phone, email, and chat.

You process inquiries independently and find solutions to the satisfaction of our customers. If necessary, you coordinate with other departments or forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support.

You recognize improvement potentials and proactively support the continuous improvement of our service.

You enjoy learning new topics and further educating yourself about our products.

You have experience in customer contact - we are also happy to consider newcomers.

You have at least one year of relevant professional experience in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance.

Customer orientation and team capability are your top priorities.

You communicate positively and think solution-oriented.

You have very good German (at least C1) and good (at least B2) English skills in speech and writing.
