Our customer service is provided by both external service providers and our in-house teams. This position focuses on Tier 1 support within our in-house service, with a focus on the Broker Tax & Trading area. This includes complex tasks such as portfolio management, taxes, capital measures, and trading.

Newcomers are welcome! We are convinced that with the right level of motivation and interest, you can also be an excellent client success associate.

You answer inquiries from our customers about active trading, portfolio management, and tax questions via phone, email, and chat.

You process inquiries independently and find solutions to the satisfaction of our customers. If necessary, you coordinate with other departments or forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support.

You recognize improvement potentials and support the continuous improvement of our service proactively.

You enjoy working on new topics and further educating yourself about our products.

You have experience in customer contact - we are also happy about newcomers.

You have at least one year of relevant professional experience in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance.

Customer orientation and team capability are your top priorities.

You communicate positively and think solution-oriented.

You have very good German (at least C1) and good (at least B2) English skills in speech and writing.
