Customer Service Associate - Account Services (German Speaking)

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform with a full banking license, enabling people in Europe to manage their finances independently. With the Scalable Broker, customers can invest in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives, and set up savings plans affordably, simply, and professionally. The digital wealth management Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used as a white-label solution by banks and other B2B partners. Attractive interest rates, loans, and private equity round out the offer. With the European Investor Exchange, Scalable Capital provides a stock exchange specifically for private investors. Over one million customers have collectively invested more than 30 billion euros on the platform. Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and today employs more than 700 staff in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan, and London. Together with the founder and management team led by Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

Our customer service is provided both by external service providers and our in-house teams. This position focuses on Tier 1 support within our in-house service, with an emphasis on the Account Service area. This includes complex tasks such as payment processing, address changes, and account openings.

Newcomers are welcome! We believe that with the right level of motivation and interest, there is an excellent client success associate in you.

Job Description

You answer inquiries from our customers about our app or about account management and payment processing via phone and email. You process inquiries independently and find solutions to the satisfaction of our customers. If necessary, you coordinate with other departments or forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support.

You recognize potential for improvement and support the continuous improvement of our service. You enjoy learning about new topics and continuing your education about our products.

Qualifications

You have experience in customer contact - we are also happy to consider newcomers.

Customer orientation and teamwork are your top priorities.

You communicate positively and think solution-oriented.

You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills in both speaking and writing.
