Together with the founder and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.
Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, where the complexity of customer inquiries differs by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Account Service area.

Responsibilities
- You are a reliable contact for our existing customers and for interested parties in our services via phone and email.
- For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to find a quick solution.
- You are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of our customers on topics such as account management, payment transactions, refunds, and technical issues.
- You expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest.
- You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials for our product and internal processes. You work closely with the Product and Operations departments.
This position is initially for two years.
Qualifications
- You have a completed education.
- Experience in finance, banking, or insurance is a plus.
- You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- You are convincing with your friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- You can work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure.
- You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in both speaking and writing.
