Client Success Manager Account Services (German Speaking)

The digital wealth management Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used by banks and other B2B partners as a white-label solution. Attractive interest rates, loans, and private equity round out the offer. With the European Investor Exchange, Scalable Capital offers a stock exchange specifically for private investors. Together with the founder and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they work on a new generation of financial services.

Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level support, where the complexity of the customer inquiries handled differs by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Account Service area.

This position is offered in Munich and Berlin.

You are a reliable contact for our existing customers as well as for interested parties of our services via phone, email, or chat. For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to find a solution quickly. You are responsible for the satisfaction and binding of our customers on topics such as account management, payment traffic, refunds, and technical issues. You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest. You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials for our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product and Operations departments.

You have a completed education. Experience in finance/banking/insurance is a plus. You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions. You convince with your friendly and solution-oriented working style. You can work conscientiously and detail-oriented under time pressure. You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in speech and writing.
