Client Success Manager Account Services (German Speaking)

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform that empowers people in Europe to manage their finances. With the Scalable Broker, customers can easily and affordably invest in stocks, ETFs, and other financial products, as well as set up savings plans. The digital wealth management service Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used as a white-label solution by renowned B2B partners. With the European Investor Exchange (EIX), Scalable Capital offers a stock exchange specifically for private investors. Over one million customers have collectively invested more than 27 billion euros on the platform.

Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and today employs more than 500 staff in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, and London. Together with the founder and management team led by Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, with varying levels of complexity in customer inquiries at each level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Account Service area.

This position is offered in Munich and Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You are a reliable contact for our existing customers and interested parties via phone, email, or chat.
  • For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to find a quick solution.
  • You independently manage customer satisfaction and retention for topics such as account management, payment transactions, refunds, and technical issues.
  • You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest.
  • You use customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities for our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product and Operations departments.

This position is initially for two years.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed education.
  • Experience in finance, banking, or insurance is a plus.
  • You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • You are friendly and solution-oriented.
  • You can work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure.
  • You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in both speaking and writing.
