Client Success Manager Account Services (German Speaking)

Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and today employs more than 500 staff members in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, and London. Together with the founder and management team, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

Start your career in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, with varying levels of complexity in the customer inquiries handled at each level. This position is assigned to the 2nd level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that focus on different topics. This position is in the Account Service area.

This position is offered in both Munich and Berlin. You will be a reliable contact for our existing customers and potential clients via phone, email, or chat. For more complex questions, you will connect with other departments to find a quick solution. You will independently manage customer satisfaction and retention for topics such as account management, payment transactions, refunds, and technical issues. You will continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and personal interest. You will use customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities for our products and internal processes, working closely with the Product and Operations departments. This position is initially for two years.

Qualifications include a completed education, experience in finance/banking/insurance is a plus, an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions, a friendly and solution-oriented approach, the ability to work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure, and very good German (C1) and good English skills in both speaking and writing.
