The Assistant Will Support In Administrative Routines Such As Telephone Service, Scheduling, Document Control, CRM, And Supplier Support. They Will Perform Contract Analysis, Reimbursements, Cadastral Update, And Support In Presentations And Projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Answer phones;
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
  • Operate copying equipment, printers, and any other necessary equipment;
  • Maintenance of internal trackers, including requesting information from various internal departments;
  • Contact suppliers for updating information and follow-up on the sending of documents, negotiations, and/or signed contracts;
  • Manage accounts and make necessary cost reimbursements;
  • Register suppliers;
  • Fill out/feed and control the CRM;
  • Validate minutes for signature of addendum;
  • Analyze property and property documentation;
  • Control, send, and receive documents to property owners, suppliers, real estate registry offices, etc.;
  • Research and update property contact data;
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials;
  • Other activities and/or projects inherent to the position.

Education:

  • Graduated or currently studying in administration, economics, civil engineering, or related courses.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package – Required.
