This Position Is Responsible For Supporting The Execution Of Activities That Ensure The Continuous And Efficient Delivery Of Data Center Services

What You Will Do:

  • Support technical teams in handling calls, incidents, and requests, ensuring they are recorded and tracked until resolution, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance reports and service indicators.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and technical teams.
  • Participate in internal or external audits related to IT compliance and governance.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups and monthly meetings with clients to present the BOOK.
  • Maintain a close relationship with clients, seeking to understand their needs and support them in meeting technical demands.

Education:

  • Completed or ongoing higher education in areas such as Information Technology, Administration, or related fields.

Experience And Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in data center operations support, service desk, customer service, or service provision will be considered a plus.
  • Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English – desirable.
