Principal Responsibilities:

  • Identify contacts and business opportunities with mobile operators through research, calls, meetings and presentations.
  • Promote and market SBA sites to operators and local zoning authorities in the region.
  • Collect market and operator information for price analysis, feasibility studies and decisions on where to build new towers.
  • Manage and follow up on lease requests through the internal approval process.
  • Coordinate with the local SBA office and corporate headquarters to ensure the delivery of informational packages and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Sell installation services to new tenants when not included in the ASA (Antenna Site Agreement).
  • Manage accounts, maintain tenant relationships, support marketing, and provide general sales support.
  • Identify variations in tenant equipment and work proactively to resolve them quickly.
  • Keep the customer information registry updated.
  • Fulfill other assigned functions.

What You Need – Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry and in external sales or business development (basic knowledge in wireless site development, construction, and co-location).
  • English language proficiency.
