Associate – Client Services

We are looking for an Associate – Client Services based in Guatemala to support our growing client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English, has strong client relationship skills, and preferably comes with a legal or compliance background. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent and exceptional service.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service strategies to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare client reports and maintain accurate service records.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Stay updated with industry and regulatory trends to enhance client service strategies.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying client needs and opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for Law, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of legal or compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time well.
  • Proactive learner with adaptability to industry and regulatory changes.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities (academic, professional, or extracurricular).

Work Timings:

This is a Full-time role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
