In your role as Sales Support Back/Office Sales - Welfare, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the quality of data in our CRM, directly supporting the growth and effectiveness of the Business Development Welfare team. You will be the cornerstone on which our commercial strategy is based. Here is what you will do in a typical day:

1. Manage and optimize the CRM – Ensuring that information is always complete, consistent, and accurate, ready to be used by the team.

2. Ensure data quality – Scoving and correcting duplicates, inconsistent formatting, and incomplete information to keep our database impeccable.

3. Enrich commercial information – Verifying that each contact is linked to the right company and that the business data (website, number of employees, sector) is always updated and correct.

4. Support sales strategies – Providing the Business Development team with analysis and insights based on clean and reliable data, helping them make better and faster decisions.

• Attention to detail – You have a hawk-like eye for inconsistencies and are passionate about making data perfect. You have already worked with CRMs or are familiar with managing commercial information.

• Analytical and proactive approach – You don’t just execute, but interpret data to support operational decisions and actively propose process improvements.

• Tool proficiency – You have good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, which you will use to analyze and fix data.

• Team spirit and building mindset – You like having autonomy and responsibility, but also constantly relating with the team to build something solid and scalable together.

• Adaptability – You are comfortable in rapidly evolving environments and are not afraid to tackle new challenges to contribute to a growing team.
