Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience: One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)

Education: Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Licenses: Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training: Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.

Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

Pool Operator certificate, where required

Organizational skills

Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of tools and equipment

Ability to work independently

Other Information: No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
