Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience: One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment
Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license, Boiler Operator Certificate, Fireman Certificate
Other Education and Training: Refrigeration certificate, where required, Pool Operator certificate, where required
Competencies: Basic - Organizational skills, Basic - Interpersonal skills, Basic - Computer skills, Basic - Communication skills
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of tools and equipment, Ability to work independently
