Other Education and Training: Pool Operator certificate is acceptable, where required; Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job; Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

Competencies: Organizational skills; Communication skills; Computer skills; Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work independently; Knowledge of tools and equipment

Other Information: Valid Class 5 driver's license; Needs to have experience with skid steers, sweepers, riding mowers, snow blowers, etc
