Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience: One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)

Education: Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license

Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

Other Education and Training: Pool Operator certificate, where required

Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required

Competencies: Organizational skills

Interpersonal skills

Communication skills

Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of tools and equipment

Ability to work independently
