Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience: One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education: Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses: Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act, Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training: Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required. Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job. Pool Operator certificate, where required
Competencies: Organizational skills, Communication skills, Basic - Computer skills, Interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of tools and equipment, Ability to work independently
