Job Description: The Employment Services Coordinator is responsible to carry out generalist Human Resource functions using a team approach. The incumbent assists managers and supervisors with recruitment, retention and internal staffing processes including but not limited to posting, advertising, processing new hires, transfers, resignations and orientation. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience: 1+ years experience in Human Resources
Education: Graduate from a recognized post secondary program
Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training: Equivalent combination of education and experience
Competencies: Computer skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Abilities: Ability and flexibility in adapting to changing situations and environments, Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, Able to handle complex issues concurrently while maintaining attention to detail, Highly developed written and oral communication skills, Ability able to build and maintain relationships based on trust, Ability to build and maintain relationships based on open communication, Demonstrates effective leadership and management skills, Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
