SDUK's brands include the Nation's favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products.

Are you ready to lead key customer relationships and drive commercial success in a fast-paced FMCG environment?

We're looking for two dynamic National Account Managers to join our team, one focused on Convenience, and the other on High Street Discounters.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Leading SDUK contact for either Convenience or High Street Discounters, holding full P&L responsibility across a diverse portfolio.
  • Developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans aligned with SDUK's strategic goals.
  • Leading commercial negotiations, ensuring volume and margin performance meets or exceeds budget expectations.
  • Building and nurturing cross-functional relationships internally and externally to support long-term business growth.
  • Supporting the development and execution of category programs, promotional plans, and NPD initiatives.

YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU…

  • Have proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, ideally with Own Label exposure.
  • Are confident in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing complex commercial discussions.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and customer-facing.
  • Are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Can analyse data, extract insights, and translate them into creative, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
