Overview of the Role
Saputo is seeking an Advisor Human Resources, for an existing opportunity within our organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will leverage your strong time-management skills to support the Corporate Human Resources (HR) team and Canadian Operations. You will demonstrate rigor and attention to detail in the execution of administrative tasks, as well as in the preparation of various documents and reports. Your strong organizational skills will contribute to the success of our team. You will support HR functions in day-to-day operations.
You will be involved in employee file management, recruitment processes, the annual compensation review cycle, and more. As a Workday super user, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will be expected to be proactive and to adopt an employee-centric approach, while taking business needs into account.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
•A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced experience with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System); knowledge of Workday is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Recognized rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent judgment, accuracy, discretion, and ability to work autonomously
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build trusted interpersonal relationships
• High level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and respect for deadlines
• Good analytical skills
As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.
