About the Role

As a Service Designer, you play a driving role in the development of solutions with real added value for the user by:

• Identifying the needs, behavior, and weaknesses of users
• Creating personas and user flows and thinking through usage scenarios
• Using data, insights, and user feedback to facilitate design discussions and develop user-centered features
• Working cross-functionally and communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders both internally and with customers
