We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic working student to join the Sap University Alliances Portfolio & Programs – It-Camps 4 Youngsters team. The It-Camps 4 Youngsters program introduces pupils aged 8 to 18 to the world of technology and computational education through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
You will support us with the following tasks:
- Assist with creating, updating, and sharing learning materials, including media content (e.g., photos, videos, and blog posts) for marketing and event purposes.
- Help prepare materials and organize both classroom and virtual learning events, including supporting trainers during kick-off sessions.
- Provide on-site support and supervise participants during in-person events, as well as help host online events.
- Support administrative processes, including email communication and managing our community.
- Maintain and validate data in our internal registration tools, portal pages, and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
- Assist with onboarding and the launch of new locations, including translating learning materials when needed.
What you bring:
- You are currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, It, Communication, Marketing, or Languages. A focus in education, didactics, or pedagogy is a plus.
- Proficient in Ms Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Basic coding skills and a keen interest in future technologies are an advantage.
- A strong team player with creativity, initiative, and the ability to contribute ideas; open-minded and analytical.
- Able to work independently with strong organizational skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
- Passionate about creating positive and impactful learning experiences for students.
- Willingness to work regularly on-site at the Sap Walldorf office (in coordination with your supervisor).
