- Embed security-by-design and compliance best practices into all infrastructure operations.
- Act as a trusted expert and mentor to application teams, documenting and sharing decisions, best practices, and how-to guides.
- Partner cross-functionally with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools (AIOps) for anomaly detection, log analysis, performance tuning, and operational efficiency.

- Strong background in event-driven systems using technologies such as Confluent Kafka.

- Good knowledge of observability solutions (Dynatrace).
- Good understanding and experience on CI/CD, ArgoCD, Helm, GitOps, Flux.
- Exposure to AIOps platforms (e.g., Dynatrace Davis AI, Azure AI Ops, Elastic AI Assist, or similar) is a plus.
What you bring:
- Growth mindset: You are a savvy learner, with a drive for action and to be helpful to your colleagues, including leveraging AI to boost efficiency.
- Can-do attitude: Creative, collaborative and positive attitude.
- Analytical problem solver: Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
