We are the COO team for Private Cloud L1 unit within P&E Board Area. We provide support and guidelines for strategic and operational steering of the units. This includes strategic insights, analytical support, financial planning, master data maintenance, cross functional collaboration, organizational setup and health monitoring, product profitability analyses and many more.

In this role, you'll:

  • Support the Business Operations COO team with day-to-day business operations.
  • Analysis and support for strategic and operational steering, including supporting with the LOB Reporting for Private Cloud unit.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize operations processes and enhance collaboration platforms, mainly using Power Apps, AI / automation.
  • Strategic Insights: Gain a deep understanding of SAP's Private Cloud business, its strategies, operations, services, solutions, and organizational structure.
  • Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive analysis and support for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Contribute to the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for the Private Cloud unit.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses on various financial topics as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with diverse teams to support various business initiatives and improve efficiency.
  • Team Support: Assist team members with daily tasks and projects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data.

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

As an intern (f/m/d), you will work closely with the Business Operations COO team to support various business functions and operations. This will include assisting with finance and headcount data analysis, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives aimed at driving the success of the business.

  • Pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in operations/strategy with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Self-driven with a passion for innovation and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Systematic, proactive and effective working style, independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power Apps, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP tools is desirable.
