As the S/4HANA Cloud Product Support Intern, you will help in doing trouble-shoot and solve incoming customer problems that are reported online through the customer service system at SAP® by all means such like Incidents, Expert Chat, Schedule An Expert session. This task regularly involves liaising with development teams and operation teams. By utilizing teamwork, knowledge databases, problem simulation, and remote work on customer systems, you will collaborate to resolve issues while achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
