The Next Gen position within the Sales department of our SAP entails a crucial role in supporting the sales teams. The role revolves around understanding and effectively navigating the solution capabilities of our company, comprehending the business processes inherent to ERP software & solution areas (LOB). The Next Gen will engage in tasks such as reviewing quote support, tracking business approvals, connecting with the ecosystem, contract review, customer invoices, renewals & overconsumption in the cloud. The primary objective is to provide valuable support to the sales teams, enhancing their effectiveness. Additionally, this role will be focusing on Public Sector Accounts.
The project involves actively engaging in various sales-related activities to provide efficient assistance. Key deliverables include accurate review and management of quote creation, comprehensive tracking of business approvals, support in contract review, invoices, and effective support in renewals, overconsumption tracking. The Next Gen's contributions directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process for Public Sector Accounts, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction, streamlined workflows, and increased revenue potential.
