What You'll Do
Be a part of empowering our people for an AI-native future and foster People & Cultures recognition as a thought leader within and outside of SAP.
- Identify emerging trends: Conduct foresight and trend-scouting, including advocating for AI-driven approaches, to uncover upcoming trends and technology advancements in the workplace within the scope of our People Agenda.
- Transform insights into action: Translate trend signals into actionable insights and strategies that inform decision-making and broader engagement of People & Culture stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strategic impact: Support selected initiatives to demonstrate the impact of our strategic priorities, including becoming a skills-led organization and showcasing Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Drive People-centric AI adoption: Collaborate on AI-adoption projects with a focus on addressing people impacts including strategic workforce planning, change management, and upskilling, ensuring a smooth transition into an AI-native workforce.
What You Bring
We're looking for innovative thinkers with a passion for HR transformation, GenAI and agentic AI, and a keen understanding of trends that influence the future of work.
- Consulting and critical thinking: Capable of analyzing complex challenges, shaping solutions, and delivering impactful recommendations in fast-paced environments.
- Market research expertise: Experienced in gathering and synthesizing data to identify workplace innovations and assess emerging trends.
- Strategic and analytical mindset: Skilled in identifying patterns and translating insights into strategic options for stakeholders and leadership.
- AI and tech savviness: Familiarity with AI applications in business operations and E2E processes, leveraging technology to drive organizational change.
- Business & HR acumen: Solid knowledge of the tech industry and understanding of how HR trends intersect with broader organizational priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Additionally, you bring creativity and a willingness to innovate along with the ability to engage various stakeholders and manage expectations effectively. Strong communication skills, global and virtual / hybrid collaboration are essential for delivering ideas with impact.

- Establishing holistic workforce management through enhanced transparency of current and future skills, and leveraging our HCM technology, powered by AI and automation, to deliver scalable solutions.
- Scouting for People & Culture trends, New Work methods, and best practices in organizational design.
- Integrating relevant people data with external research and analytical capabilities to deliver actionable insights for the business.
- Remaining steadfast in our commitment to health and well-being initiatives.
As P&C Trends and Innovation, we operate as a central hub for trend scouting, insight generation, and concept development—bridging bold ideas with actionable outcomes. Our vision is to empower people for an AI-native future and foster P&C's recognition as a thought leader within and outside of SAP. Through a structured approach to trend scouting, we identify, validate, and raise awareness of emerging opportunities, moving from trends into insights to tangible actions and solutions.
