The impact you will generate:

We are looking for a SUBGERENTE DE RECUPERACIONES based in OFNA REFORMA 490.

We are redefining our way of working through innovation, the latest technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze portfolio of overdue credits and define recovery strategies.
• Contact clients via telephone, in person (visits) or digitally to negotiate payments.
• Elaboration of restructuring schemes, agreements or legal actions as the case may be.
• Present cases to the recovery committee for approval.
• Coordinate and follow up with legal offices on legal processes.
• Document agreements and update in internal systems. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the area (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field (Required)

Languages:

• Intermediate English (Desired)

Technical skills:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Office (Required)

Interpersonal skills:

• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution
• Professional ethics and respectful customer treatment
• Results-oriented and goal achievement
• Clear and assertive communication
• Work under pressure and handle objections
