What You Will Be Doing As an Associate in the TMT Industry Group, you will play a key role in the Global team. You will support the origination and execution of M&A, equity capital markets, and leveraged finance mandates, with a primary focus on Latin America, including cross-border transactions with US and Europe. You will be involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle—from preparing marketing materials and conducting financial analysis to crafting and delivering presentations to clients. This role offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your sector expertise in TMT and grow into a senior banker. We're looking for someone like you to contribute across multiple fronts:
Experience 3-5 years of mandatory experience in M&A and/or akin such as Private Equity, Business Development, and Corporate Finance
Education and other requirements Graduate from top-tier business/engineering schools. Employment permit in Chile
