The impact you will generate

We are looking for a BECARIO based in Corporativo Santa Fe, CDMX to develop professionally in the processes and practices of Human Resources and Culture, collaborating in various tasks, in order to contribute to the good functioning of the area and at the same time acquire knowledge and skills applicable in their future career.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Talent Attraction Administrative team in the optimization of processes and data-driven decision making.
• Being key in the validation of documents, generation and analysis of reports, and identification of opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Performing the integration and validation of documents for candidates in the hiring process, to ensure authenticity and compliance with requirements.
