Plan weekly activities for your daily management according to the definition of the commercial systematic, assigning priority to the commercial focuses currently being worked on; contact with your clients and prospects complying with the commercial rhythms established by the institution ensuring the achievement of the objectives. Daily execution of calls and effective visits to prospects and current clients, ensuring the knowledge of your portfolio by 50% over the course of 1 year, through the management of campaigns, variations in investments, maturity of terms and other commercial leverages. Provide differentiated attention in branch to Select clients, either by request of products or services, as well as attention to complaints and clarifications. Fill out all product and service contracts correctly, mainly the openings of accounts and UPLD forms, as well as attach the corresponding documentation of the client before formalizing it and delivering it to the Branch Subdirector. Master the main commercial tools and follow-up providing optimal management and advice to clients and prospects ensuring the objectives of the segment. Preventive follow-up to clients who show risks of non-payment and follow up on their collection portfolio (Gte. SR major specialization for having a portfolio with assets of greater concentration, Gte. Specialist with medium concentration, and Gte. JR with low concentration). Comply with the operational regulations established by the Institution in opening accounts, knowledge of the client, detection of relevant operations, etc, mainly the operations carried out in Opics, complying with what is established by the "Investments Commercialization Model".
